BEFORE YOU BOOK
Recent lab reports, current medication or supplements, a rough recall of what you eat in a normal week, and your cycle or medical history where relevant. Many clients start with no recent labs at all — Dt. Sejal will recommend exactly which tests to get after your first consultation, so this is never a barrier to getting started.
Both. Most clients consult online over video, with plans, check-ins and report reviews all handled digitally. In-person consultations are available at the Khanpur clinic in South Delhi.
